Love it. Two Healey driver's I could relate to and drink with. Clearly owners who realize that no matter their value they are cars to be driven!! I will never understand how the Big Healey's got to be so valuable other than their scarcity. I logged many miles in a 3000 when they were new. Love their looks and lines but what an issue that engine with its 3 carbs can be.

Scoots. I was looking out a regular kitchen window a couple days ago in the middle of the day. A male hummingbird flew straight at the window and stopped about 6" from the glass. I couldn't believe how close to my face he was and how beautiful in the sunlight.

That's a pretty fast shutter, Scoots. (Do digital cameras even have shutters?)

Dave, I swear they do that every year around this time. Kind of like a "I'm heading out soon, see you next year!"

I had one do something similar last week. I was sitting on the deck when one came to the feeder then flew directly up to my face and stopped just short of hitting me. It sort of scared me.

Nice job. They are so hard to capture. I hang around a couple photo/wildlife forums. I'm totally amazed at some of the hummingbird photo captures I see.
