Pictures cannot do this scenery justice. The beauty is way more than I could capture. The hike up to Klingman's Dome was .5 mile and STEEP. Lots of rest breaks so we didn't have to call 911. The ramp leads to the observation tower.

We didn't work nearly that hard to have a great time. It's hard to see but there are rapids, islands, and birds (even from Baltimore).

Posted the picture too early. Went over 104 today. Weather forecast at 7am said it would be 95. Nine degrees off.
