Very pretty packages, Patty. Can you share what is in the boxes?

We didn't put up a Christmas tree this year either. Since we are remodeling most of our first floor, our living room is temporarily our kitchen, eating space, dining room, family room, and living room all rolled into one, and there was no space for a Christmas tree!

That's good that you got a Christmas tree 1/2 off for next Christmas. I highly doubt that you will forget.

This this is the first fake Christmas tree I've ever bought. I found one I really liked online that was super expensive so I waited till after Christmas to buy it. Every present is photos and five of the six are framed and matted but the one small one is a metal print. The five framed ones have one either my daughter, my son or both of them in it. The other one is a five by seven metal print of my son and daughter-in-law that I took at Thanksgiving in Sacramento a couple of years ago. I just love it. I made one framed photo of our kids for my ex husband because I'm fond of the photo of them from last Christmas even though I am not fond of my ex-husband. He will be there though with his girlfriend.

^ This is the print I used for the 5 by 7 metal picture for my son and his wife.

^ My son and daughter from Christmas 2017. I made one for me and one for my ex.

Patty, those are very nice photos! Photos make such nice gifts. We gave our daughter and her family, and our son and his family, some photos for Christmas, too,

We got them done at Costco. Is that where you got them made, too?

That is very nice of you to give your ex the photo of your kids, too. I'm sure that he will like it very much.

Sue, I bought the frames on Amazon and had all the prints made by Mpix. I've been very unhappy with Costco's metal prints and love the ones from Mpix. I just started using Mpix for prints, too. ... Maybe my ex will finally give me my 2001 S2000 record book he has been holding on to.

^1-9-2019 images from our late "Christmas" today with my kids and ex husband, and their honeys. Oh, and we had their four dogs. I had an excellent time and got in some meaningful conversation with my son and some good conversation with my ex and his honey. My ex won the ugly Christmas sweater contest again as he did last year. It was a very enjoyable evening. It's been over 12 years since my ex and I have been apart after being together, dating or married, for about 31 years. It's wonderful to move on!
