I really like the plain white helmet!
I'm no fan of these multi-colored helmets with a ton of graphics on them
I have always believed a big single, light or bright colored helmet is much more visible, as in a safety feature
My helmets to date have been white, white, white, yellow, and my newest and brightest to date, see pic
When I was shopping for the VFR I knew I was going to get a 2000 or a 2001, the 2000 only came in yellow, the 2001 only came in red
I figured if I got a yellow helmet, then a yellow bike the colors would not match, same for red and red, and that would have bothered me
I wanted to get the new helmet before I got the bike, so I split the difference

I've got about 1500 miles on it. I confess I only wore the helmet going across the glades. Made a good bug catcher. It's got an ncom3 system in it so I have bluetooth system, an fm radio and a passenger or multi bike intercom. Once I got over the ocean the helmet came off and there were no more bugs and only the wind for music.
I have to say, riding and not wearing a helmet is something you really need to think about...
I just can't fathom riding without a fullface helmet
I won't even go out without all the gear on, long pants, jacket, gloves, boots, helmet
Your bike does sound cool though, packed with some nice features

here, I think today is one of those days when I'm tired of answering to people, or doing what is expected of me. I don't think flts needs to answer to anyone but himself, (well maybe his wife.) 
If flts wants to ride helmet free, I'm not going to lecture him.What do I need to do to be able to legally ride a motorcycle without a helmet in the state of Florida?
You need to be at least 21 years of age and have at least $10,000.00 worth of medical coverage insurance to be able to operate or ride upon a motorcycle without a helmet.

My comment was from the point of view of concern
I know several people who have been in bike accidents, and their skid lid saved their life

I look at it like seat belts. Nearly every day I pick up the local rag and read how someone died without wearing a seat belt. Their choice - even if it is the law. It must be 50 years since I got into a car without buckling up but it's their choice. I always viewed being able to drive a sports car withOUT a helmet on the open road as one of it's best benefits.
