Pilgrim Monument is very cool. Would love to see a zoom on the gargoyles. I always think those things are so oddly interesting.
Gargoyles
Some of those remind me of a girl I dated in my yoot!

Some of my "friends" outside my office window.
Is that a slow cat or a wise cat?
Looks like a Mexican standoff.

While at the Fall Harvest, we took in some local sights in the Saratoga Springs area. Here are a few things that caught my eye.
Our new summer home

Spring in Congress Park. You can bring bottles, cups and fill them if you want. I took a taste of mineral water at one spring. YUCK!

This is actually my favorite pic of the weekend. It's naturally gritty.

Most of my pics were quick snapshots while playing tourist.

Here's a link to a slide show if you care to see a link of all the weekend pics, including the meet.

Thanks, Gene.

You among others were missed this weekend in NY. Dave plans on doing the meet again next year. Hope you can make it!

Last week our Jeeping group were camping up in the San Juan Mountains of Southwest Colorado. The aspens were already turning in the higher altitudes, but were still green down lower.

Our campsite was at 10,800 ft

We needed more firewood, so Coop got out his trusty axe,

One Jeep had some mechanical troubles on Engineer Pass - close to 13,000 ft.

Some frolicking by Jeff and Brenda

A good time was had by all!

^Jim, is that on the same trail we took in 2012? I really enjoyed that day! The aspens look beautiful.
