Hey, Lainey!!!

< I have a lighthouse avatar, too!
Gene! Hope you had a good time!
Except for the first two rainy days, it was great. I'll try to post some pics in the next couple of days.

I will set her (it's a she and she needs a name) up in the yard this weekend, and hope to take a few better pics.

Except for the pointy ears, your "Cat" looks very much like the ground hogs that hang out in our back yard.

I would call her Clovis.

Thanks for posting your pictures, Patti. It looks like Lake Shasta may be down 100’ (gulp). Why are the flags at half mast?

gary
Gary, I wondered the same thing about the flag. I didn't see any others at half mast.
Could it be, but hopefully not for a local firefighter fighting the wild fires?

Patricia: Is it OK if I print this out so that I have your comment in writing to show my +1 that someone thinks that I am a nice guy?

Thank you, Roseanne and Don for the delightful dinner company.

I always liked the Miss Kitty that worked at the Long Branch Saloon. I read some years ago she was geared to the fairer sex.

Matt, I very much enjoyed meeting you and really appreciated your hospitality. I almost lost my vacation groove the night I had to deal with the one client issue, but your margaritas put me right back on track. Don spoke very highly of you as well and commented he enjoyed the opportunity to spend time with you as well as with Patty and others we met on the trip.

I'll shoot anything once. Took advantage of the nice day today and spent a part of it at a local horse show. Wasn't sure what to expect. Cindy and I met some friends who have a horse there. Unfortunately, they do mostly Trails and Western Style, so this was new to them as well.

Interesting. Small attendance- I guess not much interest outside of the 'riding/jumping' crowd? Beautiful animals. Powerful. Graceful.

Just a few: Full Album Here....
