I will have better pics soon, but here it is. Our first commissioned piece of art. A new chain saw wood sculpture for the yard. I think the guy did a nice job on it, and it was a first for him. No one ever requested a cat before.
I will set her (it's a she and she needs a name) up in the yard this weekend, and hope to take a few better pics.

I would call her Clovis.

Thanks for posting your pictures, Patti. It looks like Lake Shasta may be down 100’ (gulp). Why are the flags at half mast?

^July 27, 2014. Roseanne and Don, the first night in Hood River. Matt, them and I had dinner together in the hotel after Matt gave us all adult beverages in his room. Nice guy, that Matt is.

I'll shoot anything once. Took advantage of the nice day today and spent a part of it at a local horse show. Wasn't sure what to expect. Cindy and I met some friends who have a horse there. Unfortunately, they do mostly Trails and Western Style, so this was new to them as well.
Interesting. Small attendance- I guess not much interest outside of the 'riding/jumping' crowd? Beautiful animals. Powerful. Graceful.
Just a few: Full Album Here....
