While on the back road, I parked my car in a town library lot to take a pic of something on the side of the road, and I found this statue.

I thought it was really neat and it "spoke" to me for whatever reason. Cute kids, reading a book. It was part of an outside reading area donated to the town in memory of someone whose son has passed away.

Had to grab a couple shots of it.

It might be nice to take a pic again where there are leaves on the trees, or in the fall when there might be some color to the leaves.
What a nice thought!

Kyras, do you need a live-in gardener and valet?

Yeah, I noticed that after I posted. It is a dead leaf that just happened to land there, after the fact. I don't think she put it there on purpose.
Tell it to the judge!

I'm getting two more bids from highly rated Angie's List roofers, before I decide what to do. The good news is, after the wind driven rain yesterday, the deluge last night didn't cause the leak to drip anymore. I think the wind had a lot to do with it, but I still need to pay attention and get it fixed.
Update. Yesterday, (3-3-2014) I talked to a roofer who gave me his bid by looking at my house on Google! I am not about to hire anyone who does that.

Today, (3-4-2014) I had another roofer out to give me a bid. This guy took photos with his iPad (?) to show me what exactly he saw and what he was talking about. His assumptions made perfect sense of why the roof leaked where it leaked and how come the horizontal wind and rain would have caused it. His price was half of the first bid, to fix it and he said I don't need a tile-relay at all. I'm hiring him!
