Well I don't see any chest hairs on you, so you'll never look EXACTLY like him....

Winter Storm Maximus... I think it's been the first wet, heavy snow this year around here. Not the little wispy stuff we've been getting.

Nice, Gary! I like the second of of the street/fence and the pic of Frank on your link.

As I was heading back to the office at lunch I noticed how pretty the trees looked. We are getting the heavy snow this time too. It really is only pretty to look at or to Everything else about it, I can do without.

Our granddaughter is a young lady. It's amazing how fast she has grown up. I took this one on Saturday (she's in the black sweater). Not sure if I should have had more less of their legs in the photo. They liked the pic anyway. I liked them when they were having fun. Grabbed from FB so resolution is likely lacking.

Gary, I've been pegging the FUN meter the past 2 weeks. I took a train ride to Reno for a few days and then had my daughter in town for four days, and then my sister for three days. Three zoos in three days and another train ride. Back to regular life, now. Thank you for your concern.

^This was taken on 1-31-2014, four days after the stitches were removed. I was told that the Steri Strips would fall off in about a week.

I took these photos today. I'm not real happy about the open part. It seems to be healthy and without any infection but it seems to me that the stitching job was not done well for there to be that opening, still. I imagine it will fill in with pink scar tissue.

Thanks, Dave. I wanted to get more shots of them, and include the grandson too, BUT, the girls were busy in the bathroom. Ally was stylin' her hair. These things take time. I had to get the other girl back home as we had a party to get to.

Here are some photos from Jan. 22-25, 2014. I'll post some more of my family, from last week, later.

^1-22-2014. My friend (without benefits ), Bob, and I, waiting for the Amtrak train to take us from Sacramento, CA to Reno, NV.

^1-22-2014. Looking down on the Amtrack station in Reno, Nevada. We were on the 6th floor of the parking garage next door, getting a beat up rental car at Harrah's casino, from Hertz.

^1-23-2014. Bob wanted to go look around Virginia City, Nevada. It's an old mining town.

^1-24-2014. I wanted to go see Sand Harbor on Lake Tahoe. It such a pretty place!

^1-25-2014. This is a bridge in Sacramento over the Sacramento River, as seen from inside Joe's Crab Shack. I had delicious battered shrimp. It was Bob's 64th birthday, so we ate before I went back to the airport to fly home.
