The 'S2000' is stitched (embroidered) into the leather.

When +1 Chris and I were were recently at the Hotel Del in San Diego, the Adidas reps were there, computer designing shoes for any of the guests who were interested in ordering a pair of individually specified sports shoes. I played with some designs and colors on the computer there, and ended up with this one, for a driving shoe. I had 'S2000' stitched on the sides. Yeah, and my S is of course a Rio (absolutely the very fastest color for an S2000).

There are some sites online that explain how to do it, for instance:

Now I wish I could wear Adidas. I'd go for an identical pair to you JIm (just smaller). I wonder how long it will be before New Balance will offer this service.

I shall take the time to go to New Balance to see what can be done. Next spring will show, if I have done the work, if I was successful. Thanks for the lead.

Many of the Zumba ladies dressed up for Halloween. I didn't, but someone kindly loaned me a festive headband/hat. Marilyn Monroe showed up. This lady is my Mon-Wed instructor. She had gastric by pass surgery four years ago and has kept 100 pounds off. She can really move.

I want to share a great quality, decently priced cat post with you all but mainly for the other cat owners here. I saw some great cat posts when I went to the Bengal breeder I bought from and asked her where she got them. I ended up ordering one from Amazon and put it together on Halloween night, between Trick-Or-Treaters. The directions were easy to follow and it went together easily. I think it's a great buy. Armarkat Premium Cat Tree Model X7805, Goldenrod. I paid $144.99 plus CA sales tax but it looks like it's now $137.57. If you go into a Petsmart you'll pay closer to $200 for an inferior product.

^The box I received next to my old re-carpeted cat post.

^Some of the parts.

^The directions.

^Hardware.

^A photo of the bottom of it at about half-way done, to show the construction.

^All done.

^All done.

Pretty elaborate. Is it being used? How is that kitty doing? Out of hiding any more frequently?

It's not being used yet, Lainey, as far as I know, although I don't know what happens when I'm not looking. Crystal is declawed and never was into cat posts. Zion is letting me see him more often, but is not out of hiding, either. He's great with the cat box and quit hiding under the stairs and behind the dryer. He seems to be hiding behind the couch, now but is adventuring all over the house. It's a little progress. I'm still . He meows late at night. I looked down on him last night, as he sat on the stairs. I'm really hoping that he gets more and more comfortable, here, and that by this time next month, when I bring home Talia, the Bengal kitten, he'll be happy and want to play with her. I have a feeling she'll be 180 degrees opposite of him, in personality.

**EDIT** Zion is getting much braver. As I've been working on photos on my PC, he was just sitting 3 feet away, watching me. I'm so happy! He's finally getting comfortable. I've had him for 12 days. He even came over and sniffed my foot.

YAY!! At least Leon's making progress. He must be feeling more at home. I imagine he feels very lost in a brand new place, being a little baby away from what he knew as home. All the space and freedom is probably overwhelming. Love your kitty playgrounds!
