Stemmed on from Deb's beautiful cloud pic here's another.
Denver and the surrounding areas are forecast to get 2-6 inches of snow starting this evening.
Here's a pic of the storm approaching from the west as I look north-east. Taken east of Denver in its heavily forested areas.

Some of our weather comes up the Potomac from the south toward the condo, but in this case (which happens frequently) the storms moved west to east in the direction of those dark clouds over MD. Many times we get rainbows coming up out of the Pentagon and crossing the sky.
Like this one...a double!

My wife, Mary, took this photo with her Apple iPhone 6 plus. It was taken from the west steps of Colorado’s Capitol Building looking further west towards Denver’s City and County Building across the Civic Center. The statue commemorates the Civil war fallen.
