The hibiscus are in bloom.

This little guy looked like he was posing for me.

Thanks for the encouragement, Dave.

Now I could use your artistic talent on how to display some of my favorites to fit in with my "decor" at home. Stop by MA on your way to ME in your MG. It's only a bit out of the way.

^ What the old geezer said. You've developed quite a talent for photography. Maybe someday I'll be telling my fellow inmates at the Wafting Willows Home for the Incurably Cranky how I knew you way back when. I've still got the hat and letter to prove it, too.

Thanks, Dean. I remember sending you the hat with the whale, but what the heck did I put in writing? Uh oh....

Nothing but nice stuff. It mostly had to do with a few things relating to your personal experiences as Vintage CO, you also said some very kind, albeit far too generous things about me, and filled me in on a few details of your life, your, job, family, grandkids, etc.. Just one of those nice, thoughtful letters that nearly no one writes anymore. The letter still sits on my desk, along with the hat - which is a bit worse for wear these days, since I wore it almost constantly for quite some time.
While I might be vindictive enough to never forget the most major of grudges, I rarely forget even what may seem to some as the smallest of kindnesses.

Thanks, it's nice to know I "done good." Good to hear that today. It's been an odd week.
