Both spots sound good to me. I'm starting to get cabin fever and it hasn't even been a bad or long winter.

Same here. June still seems a long way off. We have a long spell between vacations/time off. Last measurable time away from routine was last September. Toss in lousy winter weather (which wasn't bad) and I'm ready to hit the road. Should have planned something for late April/early May. Maybe next year.

Early April. Nasturtium growing nicely (flower photos to follow). You can see the Pink Belladonna leaves in background. No blooms this year, I guess.

Spring is covered in snow here. Needed to look at pretty flowers so I bought some flowers from the grocery store and played with the camera while it was snowing outside. Used the 100 mm macro and the 50 mm

Same weather here...29, mostly cloudy feels like 20. Feels like winter, not spring........

My neighbor has a magnolia tree. The pretty flowers had just started opening. Not sure if they survived the snow we had Sunday and Monday.

Weather guys predicted a coating to 2" for yesterday. We had at least four", next town over had about 6". Roads were nasty with many spin outs. The winds were howling on Sunday. A couple was killed when driving down the road and a tree limb fell on their car. This was in the Boston area. Sad.

Fear not! Spring is in full bloom down here, which means it will be there soon.

During the mud season I’ve been traveling with my camera onto Colorado’s eastern plains and throughout Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP). I’ve taken hundreds of photos and from them I thought I would share a few.

Dream Lake’s frozen outlet - located in RMNP.

Early morning before sunrise at Sprague Lake - located in RMNP.
