^9-1-2015. This is me and Ricky near Grand Lake, Colorado, with the beginning of the Colorado River behind us, when we were walking on a trail. I don't know if I took that before or after he got naked and went in the cold river. He's a bit of a nut. He may be coming with me to Spring Fling next year. We meet at Huntington Beach, CA in Sept. 2014, when I forced my last lemon bar on him at the end of an NSX meet.

^8-31-2015. A young moose near the Moose Tracks Manor cabin I rented on Sun Valley Lake, near Grand Lake, Colorado.

^9-2-2015. Last day at Grand Lake, CO when we visited the Grand Lake Lodge.

Nice catch. Caught him with a lemon bar, did you! That Lodge looks really neat.

Moon flowers only open in the evening? I've never seen these before. A bit of a challenge (for me) to photograph. Not much light, and I didn't want to use my flash. Switched out to the 50 mm and bumped up the ISO. I almost sound as if I know what I'm doing. Tossed a few minor edits at them too.

Really good pics, Patty. Glad you're enjoying your relationship.

Love the moonflowers, Lainey. had them all over a fence in Virginia and enjoyed looking at them in the moonlight. They grow wild all over the place here and if I get to walk early in the a.m. I enjoy seeing them. Really good pics.

Nice job of using your 50mm lens for your Moon Flowers, Lainey. We used to have some and loved them. For reasons unknown we didn’t plant the seeds from our last year’s plants.

Here are a couple examples of my 50mm usage while scouring the western plains of Colorado. Both were taken by my favorite barbed wire fence.

Thanks, Val and Gary. I like the first one which shows the fence post and the gate best. I may have a copy printed to see if I like it.

Nice pics. Gary. Love the colors and light.
