I see. Same family or whatever the correct word is. Ours are more purple than blue. I even have some just over my back glass wall. I do tend to spray some water on them when I water my many potted plants. Birds and flowers make me happy.

Nice photos everyone. Jim was right; the blue flower does resemble the bluebonnet, Texas’ state flower. I used to see entire hills and the roadsides covered with them while on my travels to Texas each spring.

We’ve returned from a wet and soggy vacation from Hawaii (the Big Island). The sun broke through the heavy overcast and rain for a total of 8 hours during our stay.
When you’re in Hawaii it’s all about beaches, sunsets, volcanoes and viewing sea life…
