I'm glad your friend and you braved the cold and had fun. Brrr.

I'm disappointed to see the prediction for snow at my sister's in Colorado Springs on Tuesday is about gone. I wanted to see it fall.

Maybe if I were a Cali girl like you'd I'd be looking forward to watching snow fall. However, being a MA girl and winter weary, if I never saw another snow flake fall as long as I live, I'd be fine with that.

The only snow I want to see ever again would be on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. After that the temp should jump up to 70ºF plus!

I guess your feelings about snow, Lainey and David, are similar to mine about heat of 100 degrees F. I could live the rest of my life happily, without ever seeing it again.

Here's a photo from this afternoon, after the ElliptiGO fun rides starting at Apache Wash Trailhead in Phoenix, AZ. I was wiping/cleaning off my tracks, as I always do after a ride. I'm odd, they say. On the other hand, they all can't believe the good condition my ElliptiGO is in after 3 years and thousands of miles.

I hear ya Patty. Weather extremes on either end just aren't pleasant.

You folks are just getting old, it never was an issue when you were young.

Yep. When I was a kid we'd rough it camping out of our boat on Lake Havasu, Arizona, in the summer. It was always over 100 degrees F and we just stayed in the water up to our chins for a week.

Deb and Vito were with us in Houston over the weekend for the Houston Marathon. Vito and Chris ran the half marathon yesterday.

Here they are at early morning drop off.

This is at the end with their shirts and medals.

It was beautiful and a great day for running. Temperature was in the 50s and sixties for the run.

We aren't going alone, Dave.
