The playoffs loom. In the AFC, the Broncos' Peyton Manning is struggling, but they keep winning. The Patriots' Brady is performing miracles, and I don't see anyone else standing in New England's way to the Super Bowl except maybe the Colts. The Seahawks in the NFC are gathering steam again... Should be interesting.

Sorry to miss the Cookie Party this year. That's a special party on my list. We'll need some pics.

Hope you and Barbara have a great Christmas!
Guess you have not heard - it is not the same old Detroit Lions this year.

The detail one can get from even a crappy cell phone camera these days is amazing to me. I'm always still in awe of what technology can do.

I need a manicure.

Excellent close-up detail. Roseanne. What make and model of cell phone do you have?

One of my favorite pics of Thelma may be used on the news letter of an animal charity in the UK. I was using this pic as my profile pic on FB and it was noticed by a friend of my cousin. My cousin lives and works in the UK. Her friend asked permission to use the pic. I sent him a copy and hopefully, Thelma's pic will be the first choice of three. Thelma the shelter kitty may be famous.

How neat! See, I told you that you need to go into business!

That is one of my favorite pictures, too. I remember when you first posted it.

I love the look on Thelma's face, and how Thelma's colors and the vintage "rocking horse" ornament look together.

(Our daughter's family is not decorating their Christmas tree this year because of their new little kitten. Their tree just has lights on it.)

Thanks, Sue. No money yet, just fame, or an honorable mention if I'm lucky.

Thelma will play with the small ornaments on the lower part of the tree, but since we got her, she is mostly content sitting under the tree. She was already past the kitten stage when we got her. My friend has a great pic of her cat, peeking out from the middle of the tree.

I'll post a couple of pics from our son Nick's colegio graduation last week from in Costa Rica.

He was happy to be coming home. But he loves Costa Rica and thinks he will return.

Cool Jim. I think it's great for young people to see some of the rest of the world when they can really take it all in. Congrats to Nick.... and proud Dad.
