Fortunately, she is doing very well at the health facility. They take good care of her there and she is happy.

Mom looks good, Deb. Nice sunrise photos too. I'd like to get some sunrise photos............maybe in retirement.

FWIW, posting pics here is a bit of work. The gallery is not worth the effort and the alternate requires use of photobucket, etc. a little more effort than sharing pics on a site like Face Book.

Thanks to those who do take the time to share here. I like seeing what folks are up to, where they live, etc.

It's amazing to me what a talented photographer can do.

Here is a little guy sunning in the shallows in Lake Apopka. It is around the corner from us. I can usually find something lurking there. Most of my photography is wildlife. We actually have a lot of interesting things come to our yard.

I am enjoying everyones photos.

Lainey, your granddaughter must be thrilled with her pics! They are wonderful.

Deb, your mom does look good.

I like your "neighbor" Leslie. How big is he? It's a gator, right? Not a croc? Do you take lots of pics?

My granddaughter is quite happy with the results of our photo session. They made her Face Book page. I need to take some of her and her brother together. It's been a while and I try to make a collage for her Mom at Christmas.

For those who are with me in the still lots to learn about category if you want to do some basic editing, try Photo Scape. It's free. Just be careful to uncheck the box that offers stuff you don't want when you install.

There is a clone tool that is easy to use. I noticed a little reflection of the sun in the lower corner of one of the pics of the granddaughter and her friend. I've since cloned it out, by adding more foliage to the area. I also need to use a straighten tool often. Apparently, I "list" when taking pics, sometimes I don't even notice until after I've shared a pic somewhere.

Two of my grandkids faces are on billboards all around town. They are with their other grandpa in the ad.

That's cool! Did the other grandpa get a new knee?

Hee hee, it's not a big deal, you just don't randomly jump into ponds around here! Well, there are plenty of people that still do, and seem surprised when they get attacked by a gator...

What a great billboard!

Yes, Lainey, it is a gator. There are American crocs in south FL. This fella was about 4'. There are some whoppers out there swimming around, 10'-12' I bet, with huuuge heads! It is really neat to see. Yes, I do take a lot of pics. The winter is most fun because we never know what will show up as a visitor. We had a hummingbird a few years ago that was supposed to be in Mexico. He didn't mind me stalking him.

Yeah, that's fame I don't want.

And, he walks with a limp but does claim what the ad says.
