Now The Final! Kansas vs Memphis
Who's watching? I normally don't follow basketball, but college ball is fun to watch. My alma mater is UNC, so I'm rooting for them. But I dated in the fraternity that many of the basketball players belonged to at Duke when I was in school, so interested in them, too. Unfortunately, they just lost to WVU. Fell apart in the second half.
Who is y'all rootin for?

The poor Dookies just couldn't pull it off. That scare the other day was a sort of harbinger, I guess.
I suppose, by default, I need to root for my (graduate) alma mater, Miami -- except I'm rather expect that they'll get chewed up and spat out by Texas.
And, so far, it looks like a final four of #1 seeds to me, although Pitt has been playing remarkably well of late. HPH

I am getting my butt kicked in the West in my pool. One of my Elite 8 is already out.

I'll root for Sienna unless they face Mississippi State. Unlikely since the dogs get Memphis tomorrow. I don't think the Tigers will chew up MSU like they did poor Texas Arlington...we have one of the best defenses in the country and the top shot blocker in division 1. But I watched a little of the Memphis game last night. They are quick, talanted, and they can hit from outside. We have a great starting five but absolutely no bench. Memphis substititud ALL FIVE at once yesterday early in the first half and kept fresh troops in there the entire game. Could be a long afternoon for my Bulldogs.
Tampa was wild yesterday. Either Western Kentucky or San Diago will be in the Sweet Sixteen.
I think UNC should handle Arkansas tomorrow. The SEC just isn't all that great this year and Arkansas didn't even win the SEC West. By the way, one of UNC's best players, Tyler Hansborough (candidate for player of the year) has a brother who plays at Mississippi State. Unfortunately Tyler seems to have gotten the bulk of the basketball talent in the family. Younger brother Ben is mainly a 3 point specialist at guard...and he has been pretty quiet in the SEC and NCAA tournaments.

Since my Buckeyes didn't make the show, I am just enjoying the play. It was fun watching west by God beat Duke. I would like to see Georgetown do well, just because I like the coach (and his father).
