Apparently just like your's. I too had a root canal this morning. I had a top front tooth break off at the gum line in a restaurant at Disney World last week. Post goes in tomorrow at 8am.

Ouch!

I've had a couple root canals. Never fun.

I've got my share of fillings, caps/crowns and a bridge too. I had braces at 25 years of age, and have spent a few $ on my teeth. I've rarely had dental insurance either.

I've had root canal on a front tooth, and did not have it capped. It doesn't take the stress of a molar but I fear what happened to Dave/dlq will happen to me. The dentist does check it for cracks, etc. regularly.

Dave I guess you weren't smiling for too many pics with that missing tooth.

I had one done while I was in the Navy. Navy doctor was awful and didn't do it right. It got infected and had to be pulled. I spent the weekend before the extraction with a bottle of Jack Daniels before I got to see the butcher.

I've had two root canals. I have lots of crowns and fillings. My kids (26 and 28 years-old) have no fillings and excellent teeth. When they were young their doctor had me give them prescription Poly Vi Flor vitamins that had fluoride in them since we didn't have fluoridated water.

I have more fillings in my mouth than real enamel. When I was young I spent so much time at the dentist he called me his little house payment.
