Thanks for the welcomes. Actually I have had linguica lately. I found that the Harris-Teeter grocery stores in this area carry Gaspars linguica. Also the new Harris-Teeter in Maryland also had it. I still have to get New England style hot dog rolls and chow-mein sent to me.

Oh the chow mein. Love it! The Fall River factory (Hoo Me) had a fire and was out of business for a while, then had a few issues with quality when they went back on line. It's since resolved.

My sis from this area has a daughter in SC and one in NC. She brings them boxes of chow mein when she visits along with other local favorites.

We had fresh off the boat New Bedford Scallops last night for dinner. Can't beat them!
