The content I add to this forum is with millions. You should all be paying me.

Outside of this forum, I no longer spend much time on S2KI. NE is dead. I'm not sure I will bother springing for the membership just to get my stars and PM's.

All kidding aside, is there a good reason to dish out membership fees at the present time? The original site owners are no more. What funds this site?? Membership fees? Sponsors? Advertisements?
I just read this thread and was thinking about my renewal, too. It always comes up right around Spring Fling and I remember renewing it while I was at Maury's first Spring Fling. I will definitely renew because I am getting something out of this site and have been since I joined. How would we have a Spring Fling at all, without S2KI? I will probably just go to regular membership this time, though, and not gold. What's the point in getting gold stars?

Lainey - I'm sending you a PM about some things. I don't want to hijack this thread any further than I already have.
Edit: your inbox must be full. The PM wouldn't go through.
That's because you both are guests. Another reason to pony up the measly $20.
I'll pay it when either the Gallery is fixed or Hell freezes over. Whichever comes first. I suspect I'll be donning my long johns long before the former ever takes place.

Indeed. And every word a pearl.

(I greatly appreciated your assistance with some things, though.)

That is true, Bill.

Dean I think I have your email address. I'll send you mine.

Note to all. I no longer can hide when I edit a post.

Please note 99.9% of my edits are due to typos,(there are a lot of them) not to changing my response. Just sayin'.

Typos are not an issue I suffer from as often, most of my edits come after my brain starts to work.

I make way more typos with the Macbook. The font is very small and does not want to be adjusted.

Honestly guys, I participate in four forums. I am not a paid member of any of them. The others make you join if you want to sell something. Otherwise, they don't really care at all. I don't see why it is an issue here.

Now I see someone has started a thread on this subject in the politics forum. The paying members can discuss the subject without us guests knowing what they are talking about. I wonder who started that thread?
