I watched boxing every Friday night on tv growing up. It holds zero interest with me now. Besides if you want to see a good fight just go to a baseball game.

I used to watch boxing when the young Casius clay started fighting. Ali was an entertainer and was fun to watch in the ring. He was very social and created lots of hype and daring! After that I tended not to be very interested in boxing anymore. It wasn't an intended decision, though, at the time. And hahaha back in the day all you had was radio if you couldn't be ringside.

I'm glad to hear the no one was injured or worse during the fight.
I'm concerned for Mayweather's back. he could easily hurt himself picking up all that money.
also glad I didn't drop $100 to watch it.

Nearly 3 million people watched Saturday's Floyd Mayweather-Conor McGregor fight for free on live streaming services, according to security firm Irdeto. Showtime, which broadcast the fight on its cable TV channel as well as its streaming pay-per-view site and via an app for $99, has not released audience numbers for the event.
The free broadcasts were simple: someone holding a smartphone in front of their TV screen and sharing paid event live on Facebook, Twitter's Periscope, Instagram, YouTube and others.
