The Marietta Memorial Meet 2022-Want to know who's going so far?
Mark those calendars, save the date and all those other things you do to remember the fun things in life, that's right, it's The Marietta Memorial Drive 2022, June 03-05. A lighthearted romp through southern Ohio, lots of great friends and outstanding food, and amazingly fun to drive roads. Yeah, you've drive Rt 26 so many times you could probably do it with your eyes closed (not recommended), but we've added new attractions to up your driving fun quotient Enough with an intro, here's the real reason for all of this wordiness.
This meet is very special to many of us as it combines two of the best thing about S2000 ownership: Friendship:Everyone is a friend here.. I think that feeling will continued throughout life and will help to bring a bit of light to everyone The Drive: The roads of southern Ohio are full of twisties and elevation changes; perfect for the S2000. We will drive through back country areas and explore the covered bridges that we have ignored for too many years.. The drive starts with exiting the hotel and the drive to lunch at Pike 40 in Morristown. We'll be driving Rt.2 6 to explore the covered brides that we've never explored before. After lunch, the fun starts again. That fun is Route 26 from Morristown to Marietta. This is a spectacular rollercoaster of a road and you get to see it from a different perspective. The drive takes about 4 hours. If you like a bit of challenge for your car and yourself,Route 26 and the covered bridges will not disappoint.
The best part? You don't have to hold your breath while you wait to potty at the "big bucket"!
Remember, the code for the special rate at the Hampton Inn Marietta is "Marietta Memorial Meet" when you register.
Is your name here yet? It's only March and already these friends of yours are registered:

As Rodney Dangerfield would have stated: "I can't get NO respect". Even after I was persuaded to go to Marietta on Thursday to see Catherine and Alan, to have dinner with them, and Ken on Thursday night. .

Harry, condolences, I suppose if you have to go to a memorial service voluntary attendance is preferable.
