Default March drive

Got out on Wednesday with the top down on a beautiful day - and a bunch more next week.

Lots of smiling although I didn't push it since (a) it had just been sitting all winter and (b) there is still too much winter "material" out on the roads to really open it up.

But that little convertible is fun at any speed.

+1 took the S to work yesterday. Time to get the new tires put on.

He drove home, top down. Temps were in the high 50's, but the wind was howling! Hoping for some top down time soon.

Glad you guys are getting out. Having CYBIL weather here in Vt pouring rain last night after a 60 degree day and woke up to an inch of snow/ice on the ground this morning.

At first I was like... "what is CYBIL weather"? Then it dawned on me....

Hopefully better weather will be around soon!

Clearly spring is early this year across the USA. I usually like to wait until we have a couple good rain storms to wash the salt off the roads before bringing the toys out.

I drove the S yesterday but I didn't put the top down. Didn't want to get hot and sunburned. It was in the low 80s and it's in the mid 80s today.

I have lots of sunblock I can send you! (My former employer owns Hawaiian Tropic and I can get it for you at cost!)

How did I know that finger gesture was coming? I was on my way home from the hospital yesterday and wasn't wearing sunscreen. Today, though, I had 50spf on my face and 30 spf on my shoulders, legs and arms. It was a little too warm riding the ElliptiGO this morning.

Glad you're using sunblock. I'll bring some to SF, maybe enough to share with everyone.

BTW, it was 71* here yesterday, but only got up to 50* this afternoon. Typical crazy East Coast spring-time weather.
