...and blinker fluid. Mine needed replacement at 125K and only cost $100 per side, since it was on sale.

coolant is every 10 years. If it's never been done, I'd do it.

What about those 13 year old rubber brake lines ............ yea, rubber.

Jerry, take the drive to Long Island and have Billman do your car.

Good ideas, Joe, and taking notes for the next time. I only drive about 5k per year lately and only infrequently at full bore

If I keep the car as it approaches 100k, then I think a trip to Billman would be a good idea.

As it turned out, I was very happy that an S2000 owner was the tech who worked it. Work included new brake fluid, new rear diff fluid, a/c service, new air cleaner, new cabin air filter. He came out when I picked up the car and introduced himself. His name is A.J. and SN on the Del Val forum is AJvalente or something like that??

Sounds like you're in good shape. Heck, I've got friends who still drive cars with 60 year old rubber . . . yea, it was "real" rubber back then.

dlq... "60 year old rubber?"

Sure it's still "rubber?" Maybe 60 year old "concrete" now.

Hey, it took me a while, but I'm scheduled with Billman250 in Long Island for this coming Tuesday....right after Spring Fling this weekend
He'll have the car most of the day and do a full service for the 90,000 mile deal; plus anything else that he recommends

We're staying with friends an hour away in Port Jefferson and renting a car for 24 hours...so that we can do some tourist bits on outermost Long Island.....neither of us have ever been before! Then we leave on Wednesday and head northwest towards Ithaca NY, with an overnight stop in Wilkes Barre, PA to visit Kathy's only remaining relative from the Greatest Generation; Aunt Helen in her mid-90's, feisty and still lives by herself in a pretty large house. Back into NY on Thursday am and taking country 2 lane roads to my 50th reunion at Cornell; will be there for 4 nights and re-connecting with others from my architecture u/g class from as far as VA and OR

When I had my 2005 Suzuka baby, I thought I was on top of all mantainace. I discovered I missed the brake fluid change in the clutch while driving up Pikes Peak at S2KCA Days in Golden, CO. Scoots had issues with that too but he made it to the top while my car was truly sidelined. I had brake fluid in the clutch changed at Honda in Golden the next morning.

Billman did the CTC and valve adjustment (intake and exhaust) on my 07 Berlina. He is a Legend!!!
