Instead of posting here I should out shopping. My office is closed today and I am supposed to be at the mall buying something for everyone. How are the rest of you doing on your shopping?

I'm done and everything is wrapped. I've got one quick errand to do after work today, then the festivities can begin.

Everyone is eating my Christmas presents as we post. The Popcorn Factory this year. Yum...

 

My advice............... GO EARLY!! I ventured out yesterday to do my last minute shopping. There were no crowds, no lines but when I left the mall at noon you couldn't even get off the interstate at the mall exit. Traffic was backed up for as far as I could see. And I was so glad I wasn't sitting in that!!

As I walked past Santa's setup in the mall I glanced over at the man dressed in red and he looked very tired.......

You should be able to find some great bargains out there. I know lots of folks who leave it to the last minute and have fun scrambling. Just don't take anybody's parking space, we've had shootouts in our mall behind that.

 

Well look who's back! Hiya KB? Whereya been?

 

Mine is all done. We sent money to my oldest daughter and son-in-law (which is what they wanted) and set up college funds for the grandkids. They get plenty of toys from all of their other relatives, so we wanted to do something a little more useful this year. Not to mention more underhanded, since we set up the funds with the FL State University System, not the CT SUS where they live.

 

I've got to go to Saks at Tyson's Galleria for facial/hair appt today at 1. I'm dreading the fight for a parking space, so I'm going early. Wish me luck!!

 

I need to go and shop ... I just tried to go out and we have freezing rain. Not prudent, oh well, guess no one needed presents.
