+1 is simply a term for the passenger. Her +1 was a beautiful lady named Marva. She was GREAT and we all had a wonderful time with her.

We're home! Good to be home, but VA is soooooooooo much prettier.
We left VA early, just after 8:30AM.
can't sleep late! 
Anyway, took backroads into WV and MD, so it really added to the time on the road, but it was worth it. It was a beautiful day!
We hit the highway after a late lunch. We got home around 11:15 PM , so a VERY long day in the car. We stopped often and both of us felt comfortable, so we decided to keep going. However, the time flew by, the company was enjoyable
and the ride was pleasant. We were top down from VA to MA. When we got home it was only 34*! What's up with that?
VA was beautiful. I'll post some vacation pics in the next day or so.

We really enjoyed our ride home, also. Took some back roads, but not as many as on the way down. Stopped in C-ville for brunch with friends at a little place in the downtown mall, which is lovely. Have to remember the name! I want to say "Encore" - that's close, anyway.
