Happy to learn that all went well with my favorite "one girl drink". Heal up so that you can do some elbow bending with us the next time. You both were missed at SF09.

Get well soon, Lainey. And I want to second the sentiment that the Physical Therapist is to be obeyed... I've seen friends who were making good progress abandon the program and get lousy long-term results.

This is not something I'd want to do twice. Getting used to sleeping in the recliner and Rick has been sleeping in the other in case I need him.

Very little pain unless I move the wrong way.

Took the arm out of the sling for just a minute today and it me out. I'm allowed to remove the bulky dressing and shower tonight, but not sure I'm steady enough, even with help.

It's all kind of scary. I don't want to undo anything.

Oh I have pictures of the repair, taken during surgery. Should I post in odds and ends?
