I have them if needed. It's not that bad. As the PT guy said it might hurt as he moves it, but the hurt doesn't last. A bit sore this AM but I went for a 30 min walk. That felt good.
Good for you, Lainey!! I'm glad you keep us posted on your progress.

Thanks Val.

I plan on walking today too. I should scan and post the get well card Ally made me. A drawing she made was funny.

Glad to hear that you are starting to feel better, Lainey.

I would love to see the "Get Well" card that Ally made for you.

I loved seeing her "Sidewalk Chalk Get Well Card."

Don't you just love Grandkids! They can make a bad day seem so much better.

I have forgotten how old Ally is. Is she in First Grade now?

Here you go Sue.

Notice the red ball on the front of the sling. Exercise ball. She was very accurate with her art.

Awww...how cute is that! A keeper for sure!

Yep, Lainey, you better get well soon, so you can be more helpful!

Too cute! Thanks for sharing!

It made me smile!

I noticed that she signed it "Ally B."

It always cracked me up when our son would write me a note or card and sign it "Chris Y." As if there were another "Chris" that would be calling me "Mommy."

Actually, the Ally B is a nickname my son gave her. Her name is Allison Brooke... La___

Sweet, Lainey

So, how's it going, today? Did you go walking yet?

I did, but today I got uncomfortable twinges while walking. Guess I won't take the walk twice today as I hoped. The twinges scare me, though they don't last, thankfully.
