As I posted HERE , we are traveling to New Zealand during the fall. After an initial contact via a thread in the Australia Forum, I have now exchanged about a dozen emails with a lady S2000 owner in Christchurch on the South Island. Endless help with planning, things to do (and not to do), road suggestions, travel times to various destinations.

A couple days ago, she even invited us (sight unseen except for one pic) to pick us up at the airport and use her *spare bedroom* for a couple days in October I tell friends about these happenings and they can't believe the nature of our international S2000 community.

I've also had great experiences with S2000 owners in Barcelona (1)
...and the area west of Zurich in Switzerland (6)

How about you? Has anyone else here on Vintage sought out and met with S2000 aficionados in other countries....other than Can-A-Da ( to Matrix ) Would you consider doing it on your next trip abroad?

I found the Swiss thread with pics
