No change in weight and thanks for asking Lainey. I'm still just riding the 10 mile loops although I did do a 20 mile ride on the 3rd of this month.

The shoulder is a lot better but I think that there are certain movements that will be painful for the long run. I'm not complaining. It and I are one whole lot better than prior to the shoulder replacement.

I went back up a couple of pounds from where I want to be, but Vito says since I have been walking so much the muscles have built up more. Muscle weighs more than fat. Isn’t he sweet…

This is my 'heavy' season I'm barely hanging on to my usual notch on my belt so headed in the wrong direction since the Holidays and a lot of good food is coming up. Be nice to go into the New Year down a few pounds.

it's almost disconcerting how well my body sticks to anchor weights,
I may go up and down a few but basically stay the same.

I keep the same weight for years, then move to another weight for years. I have been at my current level for quite a few years now. Do not expect a radical change. I have ticked up a bit, so would rather lose five pounds.
