The upside is I'm down 25 lbs from last year at this time.
It would be nice to be able to say the same thing next year.
Most of that loss however was an adjustment reaction to a new medication.
but yesterday, today and tomorrow all have the same goal; not be quite so fat.

I crept up about three pounds from my bad eating lately - mainly carbs I usually avoid. Too many yummy desserts. My eating habits mean more to me than the weight does. I am still down 12 from my highest weight in 2016. I could probably stand to lose another 10, but I'm not going to go crazy.
