This sort of thing is quite sickening imho. I think donating parts is one thing, but having families ripped off like this is horrible:

I read that the other day also and thought how something like this could happen here. There should be a hefty penalty for folks engaged in such trade, especially the funeral home operators. They should be banned for life from continuing their businesses. Once that trust is breached, there is nothing left for those people in that business. Everyone who has hand in this morbid activity should be made to pay severe penalties in my opinion.

Interesting that we saw the movie Coma with Michael Douglas earlier this week on our local PBS station.
