I would want to come back as one of Barbara's (Plant Pixie's) cats. At least then, she or someone else would have to work to feed me. Our two "Fluff Balls" (Lilac Himalayans) have quite the life. They sleep, eat and poop in that order.

We had a stray Manx that adopted us many years ago after being abandoned by some renters down the street. We called him "Grunt". That was because when one petted him, after about thirty seconds he would start to purr. After about a minute he would start to drool. And after about two minutes, he would start to grunt. He was a sweet cat that she had put down last July. As far as the Vet could tell he was about twelve years old. Not a bad run for an out door cat. Even after we had him fixed, he still sprayed (which is why he remained and out door cat). Over the years, that we fed and cared for him, I do not want to know how much money that we spent on this cat. I do know that dental work for cats is expensive.

one of my dogs - they don't do anything but sleep and get petted. My belgian shepherd even gets up in my lap to watch TV with me. I watch CSI - he falls asleep.

A very rich dowager's cat and or lap dog who has the fortune left to them when the owner dies.

I have often joked I am coming back as a well taken care of house cat.
