Default I saw it on e-bay

I like to follow collector cars on e-bay and I'm often surprised at what I find. So for fun, I thought I'd start a thread and post links to some of the more interesting vehicles I see. I have no idea what condition any of these cars are in, or if the auctions are even legitimate. I just like what I see. Here is a very interesting special bodied Alfa Romeo Barchetta.

Yeah, I like that.

Sweet car! Seller's in France. Car's in Belgium. Seems a little odd but they are side by side if I remember.

I'm suspect, Dave. I think there are a number of scam auctions on e-bay and the photos of this car do not seem to lend themselves to being copied. I would expect about 20 or 30 pictures of a car like this. But still, I like it.

I too scan ebay Motors from time to time, but I look for things that interest me, and most people here would have no interest in
Honda CRX-Si, '86 or '87, it's a GEN1 model
AMC Gremlin X, has to be '72 or '73 with a manual on the floor
Honda CB350/4, has to be a '72 or '73, the regular CB350 is only a 2-cylinder, the 350/4 was a straight 4, awesome little engine

I had these when I was younger, and I would love to have them back as a novelty

Today we have a nice Ginetta G4 Roadster with long race history. It looks great for such an old race car.

Looks like it would be a bit rough on the street.

Bill, I get the Hemmings email daily and could post an occasional interesting "Find of the Day"....if you don't mind your thread compromised by some Classic and Detroit stuff?

IMHO, any topics related to things with wheels and a motor are better than the continual stream of non-vehicle stuff

Bill,

Love your taste in cars. I would be very happy with either one of those!

I love old XKs, Emil. I pretty much grew up with one or two around the house at any given time from the age of 9. When I was 19 or 20 I bought a 150 coupe. I got it running and then traded it for two Alfa Gulias and $600.
