Burt, I shared your post with the So Cal Forum: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=379786

We recently lost a very loved member, Travis Hunt (Dreamcation) who also flipped his S2000. He wasn't as lucky as you. He died and left behind a wife and two girls.

Glad to see you came out of it safe and sound... The guy that pulled in front of you was nowhere to be found I'm guessing?

You weren't at the scene, you don't know what the speed limit was. Please try not to pass judgement on others. That's not what this forum is about.

Sorry I'm late getting this. After I picked myself up off the floor, I too am thanking God that you're okay. I agree with you about the new perspective something like this puts on your outlook on life. Take it easy as you go through the aftermath, both physically and mentally. Those were some pictures and my heart skipped a beat as it brought back memories of my experience. Great design on our little cars. Glad you weren't scratched. Give my best to Sheila.

PM sent.

He DID say he was doing about 60.

There are many roads with speed limits of 55-65 that have cross traffic. Nothing necessarily illegal going on here (other than the driver who pulled out without looking).

Jonas
I deal with this everyday when I am on the road working. It can be scary sometimes expecially with Rigs and Dump trucks.
