Hi,

I got curious and wondered how many people besides myself have attended every Spring Fling event over the last decade?

If so, what was your favorite venue? For me, I have to state that doing the (NOT SO) parade laps around Watkins Glen at near triple digits (I was stuck in the back of the pack, and obeyed the no passing rule)

What was your favorite Spring Fling event or moment?

 

I missed 2005 (already had flights) due to a ruptured disc in my back but hit all the rest. I'll have to think on which was my favorite.

I missed four, six, seven and eight. Was very happy to attend last year and this year as well.

I wish it were more but sometimes life just tends to get in the way of the things we really want to do.

 

Attended 1, 3, 4 and 6. Enjoyed all 4 of them.

 

Our first Spring Fling was in 05 and we haven't missed one after that

 

I checked...did 1, 2, 4, 6, 9, and now 10.

 

After returning home from the 10th Anniversary Spring Fling in 2013 I am happy that I have been able to attend them all to date. I wish to thank the Vintage community for making our ownership experience of our S so special. We have enjoyed more than just owning a car, we have enjoyed the people associated with it.

I am not looking forward to the time that I will no longer be able to drive the S (or any other vehicle for that matter). But, it has been a great pleasure to know everyone in the Vintage Community over the last decade. I look forward to next year's SF at Hersey.

I don't remember Cranberry Township (Help Perk?) but I've attended all the rest. There was a time when all anybody had to say was "meet" and I was in my car rolling to wherever it was. Those were the days. Great memories; great friends, great meets. It doesn't get much better than that.

 

^ I wasn't at that one, either, Granny - in 2010. Same area as the Fall Colors we went to.
