No implants for me -- as my good ole' buddy, Popeye always said, "I yam what I yam and that's all that I yam." Yep, that's me -- 100% southern gal with no plastic parts. I even have all my teeth (except for one wisdom tooth that grew wrong and had to come out when I was younger).

Obvious for sure... well most of the time. I know a couple of ladies who have them and one says they would do it again and another says no. Lots of upkeep from what I understand. Just curious.
