At home exercise equipment - do you have/use it?

I have a shelf on the basement wall that puts a small TV directly in front of my face when I'm on the ski machine. For a 1/2 hour workout, music video TV is OK. For anything longer than that, the commercials become a killer and I need a recorded movie...

Me too. I haven't done any exercises in a few days and I need to get motivated again.
Since the shoulder saga began, I've been a slug. Unable to do much, no lawn mowing or gardening this summer, no lifting, no heavy cleaning, just occasional walks, and way too much time sitting on my backside. I've not been motivated at all until this week.
I've still got issues with both shoulders, but I'm hoping by getting the feet moving and the old ticker pumping, some of the old lady aches and pains will go away.
2.25 miles tonight on the treadmill 3.7 mph and a 4.5 incline....
