Just replaced my beater 95 Camry. Was looking at lat 90s LS400 but went with a well cared for older Avalon instead. One of the factors in my choice: The Avalon runs on regular. The LS takes premium.

Paid $4 yesterday for regular. Diesel was the exact same price.

Auto gas prices are quickly closing in on aviation fuel. 100LL is $5.69 at our local airport. Across the Delaware Bay in New Jersey, it is going for $6.19. On Saturday, we sold 10 gallons to a kid who runs it in his motorcycle. Says the higher octane and the small amount of lead in it gives him great performance!

I just filled up at a station outside of Bostonwhere the price for 93 was 3.99.9 a gallon.

Filled up my work truck f-350 with a V-10 came to 125.00

Makes me feel a bit better about the $62 it cost me to fill up the BMW about two weeks ago.
