The only complaint that I have with this app is that even on GasBuddys.com I can not find an explanation of the the "Awards" such as "Reporter", "Explorer", "Perfectionist" etc. Does anyone know what these levels mean?

Saturday (2/25) I filled up at the station nearest my office and it was 4.05 9/10 for unleaded regular. While I was filling up, they were changing the prices and regular was going to 4.10 9/10, up a nickle. What happened to a few cents at a time? I just drove by there, 48 hours later and now it's 4.21 9/10, up another 11 cents in 2 days or 16 cents in 3. I think speculating in gas should be banned.

The local news ran a story today about a station in Brentwood Long Island.
The credit price for premium was $6.05.
I thought stations couldn't charge different cash and credit card prices?

Honestly, I try never to look at the price
I put all my gas on a Discover card, and pay it off each month when the bill comes
It can be anywhere from $180 a month in the winter to as much as $450 in the summer
I try to never think about it, therefore I never find myself debating if I should go there or not or should I take a different vehicle just because of it's achievable MPG
