Thankfully, our dog isn't bothered 'much-at-all' by fireworks. We've had them in the past where we put them in straight jackets and put them in the empty bathtub.

Personally, I have learned to hate fireworks for my vet friends. But, if you feel you must do it . . . limit it to ONE night.

Michael and I park at Mehaffey Park to stay out of the zoo. The fireworks are set off over Lake Loveland about 2 miles to the east.

We parked 1.5 miles away to watch ours. Then some A-hole pulled up as we were watching them and pointed his car into the side of ours. And then left his headlights on. @#$$%%^&& I finally had enough and left. Probably a mixed blessing as the dash lights weren't working on the MG. Since we very seldom like driving it at night I was able to put it on the best setting after returning.

At his age there isn't much that rattles him.
I'm not sure his hearing is that great anymore or he just doesn't care.
So after shooting my mouth off, Titan spent a half hour barking over fireworks.
