Happy boxing day.

Mumsy and I just finished passing out little gifts to our staff. Our man Jeeves seemed pleased with his Charles-Hubert pocket watch but lamented that he shall forthwith require an upgrade to his watch chain. Our driver, James, laughed at the gag gift, a bottle of car wash from Griot's Garage, before opening his real gift, a pair of Tumble and Asser deerskin driving gloves, which he proclaimed to be "most satisfactory". The other 12 members of the household staff seemed equally pleased with their gifts. All in all a successful effort on Mumsy's part, as she performed most of the shopping duties.

Cheers.

That fits in perfectly with the origins of Boxing Day, you must have given out quite a few "boxes" , well done.

I do say MIke ol boy, I appreciate the boxing day spirit and all but let's not get carried away or it will cost us all a bloody fortune next year if word gets out.

Slow night in the South? OMG, too funny. Here in the North we celebrated with a gift from my Son . . . Dot's Homestyle Pretzels . . . and an American classic . . . A Christmas Story. My son knows this movie so well he knows damn near every line in it and is always tossing some lines out in text or otherwise throughout the year. Ralphie and the Red Ryder BB gun are burnt into his head!!! Merry Xmas and Happy Boxer!
