Default Happy 4th, Y'all!

Hope everyone is celebrating today. We may have friends over this evening to watch the fireworks at the Washington Monument. We are fortunate to live in a condo overlooking DC. Looks to be great weather for us with sunny skies and low humidity, unusual for this time of year. Enjoy and Happy Independence Day!

Same to you MsPerky. Have fun play safe. We have a parade this morning on 3rd St, S. Tonight we'll watch the fireworks off the pier from the sailboat.

Looks like it's going to be a beautiful day.

^ There are always wall-to-wall boats on the Potomac anchored all up and down near Memorial Bridge. I'm looking out and see four anchored already! They are getting a very early start, considering the fireworks don't begin until after 9 pm.

Happy 4th to everyone!! My daughter and her bf are in DC to celebrate the 4th. She's very excited to be in our Nation's Capitol on the 4th of July. We've put out our gazillion flags and will have a bbq sometime this afternoon with neighbors. Hope everyone has a safe and happy Holiday!

Isn't the United States of America great!?

We are lucky to be living here.

I hope you all have a good celebration, my Vintage friends.
