We had the grandchildren today. Mom joined me and we took them on a couple early Halloween visits. We have one of the pit crew for Lightening McQueen of Cars fame, and one very friendly witch.

Lainey, they look like they'd be good at children's clothes ads. Ryan is SO cute!

We think so, but we're a tad biased. He loves posing for the camera, so does Ally. She also likes taking pics too. She took one of Rick and me with Ryan, but chopped off part of Ricks' head. She needs a bit more practice.

Very nice pictures, Lainey!

So bright and colorful!

Oh my, Ally looks so grown-up now. How old is she?

Both of your grandkids have such beautiful big dark eyes!

We enjoy the youngsters coming every year. My wife always gives Halloween gifts and I hand out full size Hershey bars, so we do have our regulars. It's going to be a little cold this evening temperature's in the upper 40's, but no rain, so we should have a good turn out.

We've got warm temps for the trick or treaters. 65 and cloudy.....unusual for Halloween night.

Sue, Ally is now 8, some days I think she is really 28.

Some of you may recall that last year on December 2, our daughter gave birth to two "surro-babies" for their friends. The twins are just about 11 months old now. Here are pictures of them in their Halloween costumes.

Happy Halloween From the Twins!

They went to "Boo at the Zoo," and enjoyed the aquarium.

They are looking great, Sue!

A few more of those who came calling tonight.

Scariest costume

Little girl who is the godchild of a friend of my son's.

My son's friend's daughter and her friends

My son's friend....not sure what he is, forgot to ask

Grandson, on the left, Ally on the right, in front of Ally is her cousin, and on the side of her is her other cousin. My daughter in law's sister did a great job on the makeup for the mouse/Megan.

Those are great pictures, Lainey!

I think that we have often seen pictures of Ally and her cousin at dance recitals, haven't we? Is that the one next to Ally on the left? Is the one in front of Ally the other cousin's sister? How old are the cousins?

I can certainly see the family resemblance between Ally and her two cousins!

Looks like a fun time was had by all!
