Got the shot tonight. Took my Mom along, there is now plenty of vaccine to go around, so no crowds or standing in line.
Have not heard a peep about H1N1 lately, but if it surfaces again, I'll be ready!

I've never had the flu. Rick has and I've never seen him so sick/wiped out.

As I said, I've never had it (the flu) either. However, a simple cold can really pi$$ off my asthma. I was sick for three weeks before SF 2007 because of complications from a cold and then asthma. The flu often causes respiratory issues. I don't want to take the chance, so I get the shots. I've never had anything more than a sore arm from the shots, and I'm used to having sore arms lately.

Didn't mean to lecture.....but you should get the damn shot. Make sure you call me if you get the flu. I like saying "I told you so."
