We arrived in Bermuda today about 1:00 PM, and as soon as we cleared Bermuda Immigration, Bea and I headed to our favorite watering hole, The Swizzle Inn:







After enjoying probably the best fish sandwich we've ever had, plus a few Rum Swizzles, we caught the bus back to St. George. As we were walking to the town square, we saw a ship pulling in to the dock behind our cruise ship:



I thought, "hmmm," that looks familiar. So we walked closer and hailed the crew as they were tying up, and asked if their captain was named Mike. Low and behold, it was, and here is a picture of our own S2KI member, Captain Mike, waving to us from the bridge:



Only through a group such as ours could this happen!


If we finish dinner in time, we plan to hook up with him and his crew in the White Horse Tavern later tonight.

I managed to sneak onto someone's open wireless access in the basin to say "Hi",.. Funny that I just changed my avatar today.
Got hung up with some ship's business and didn't get over to the White Horse Tavern until later so I guess I missed you, we have an early departure tomorrow out for 7 days.

I have the horribly annoying 1970's Disney song stuck in my head, "It's a small world after all" I promise the 25 cent, NO , make that the 50 cent tour next time Gene!!

Sorry we missed each other, Mike. Our dinner was not over until 10:00, and by that time we were both beat, so we didn't make it to the White Horse.

I'm going to take you up on that $.50 tour! (Next time!)
