All I can say is I'm engaging in better living through chemistry.

I clarified the situation yesterday.

Seeing our Val in person was another thing that brought tears to my eyes (in more ways than one). I was expecting her to be all down and laid out somewhere, so imagine my surprise when I caught her coming down the stairs when I knew she was only supposed to be one floor. I went into shock and "sweetly" told her she was looking and doing just great and so much better than I ever expected. I was expecting her to pitifully comment to me in a lil' ol' lady voice something like "oh honeychile, I'm doing the best I can, barely getting around" or something sweet like that but what did she reply in a gruff voice? "Kiss my a$$" I knew right then and there she would be just fine when this initial stage is all over.
It was so good to see her in what can only be described as Barbie's Dream House and there stood "Ken" with the biggest grin I've ever seen on his face. It was hard holding back the tears as she got on her little cane (broom) and took me on a tour of the dream house. Of course I forgot my camera. I can't wait to go back when she's really up and at 'em. Won't be long, honey, just take it easy stay out from up dem stairs before you fall on yours!

Val, I hope you're feeling better and didn't mind me having fun with my little tale. If I can find a cheap flight, I'll be back before you know it. That 10 hr. drive made my back go out in sympathy.

Well, I can also vouch for the fact that she is indeed alive - barely.

G-Rod, maybe you should sneak out to the Tomcatt next week! We've been missing you!
And Raymo Guy, I heard that.

I had forgotten who you were.
I've missed you. When you come off your hiatus are you finally going to come and check out your room? Just go to Carmen's and hang a west.
