Instead of trying for the lowest number, I wanted to try a theme so I typed in the following:

Notice how fraud+government and fraud+God are at the high end and fraud+jail, fraud+hell and fraud+innocent are at the low end. There is a message in this, I think. Form you own conclusions.

 

Take two words, then take the last word in pair and and add another.

phenylketonurics foosball = no hits
foosball dihedrial = no hits
dihedrial curmudgeon = no hits

 

Possibly 'cause dihedrial is a misspelling of dihedral?

Exactly one hit is extremely hard to get.

OOPS. As gswetsky pointed out, I misspelt dihedral and I'm an old kite man from way back.
